We have recently sent information and voting packs to every current NISA voting member regarding the forthcoming EGM on 18th May, 2013. The NISA board urge all members to vote; either in person OR via proxy vote on the supplied form.
The reason for this important vote is to update the associations articles and rules to conform with governance practices required by UK Sport and company law.
The NISA Board are in support of these changes and urge members to vote in favour of the resolutions.
