LONG TRACK

Racing head-to-head, two skaters take up their lane on an 400m oval track and race counter-clockwise, changing lanes every lap in order to level the distance covered. Long track doesn’t have the same tactics as short track; it's the fastest a person can go using only their own muscle power and it’s all about who is quickest on the day!
