Performance Pathway Manager
Ice Dance& Synchronized Skating
Permanent | Part-Time | £28,000-£34,000 pro rata.
We are looking for a Performance Pathway Manager who will lead, develop and implement the BIS Ice Dance and Synchronized skating Performance Pathway initiatives that identifies, nurtures and develops skaters who have the potential to win medals at the Olympics and other major senior Championships.
An essential member of the Performance Leadership Team, the post holder will deliver findings and recommendations to the Head of Performance and Performance Leadership Team.

Professional Ice Coach

Vindico Arena is looking for new Professional Ice Coaches to support the continued growth of our extensive Learn to Skate Programme and to provide private lessons for our up and coming skaters. Position available for a full time BIS Level 2+ qualified coach. Full-time coaching hours are available. Professional figure skating coaches are granted access to various private ice coaching sessions, public sessions and Learn to Skate sessions.

This role will be key in helping skaters develop their skills and reaching their full potential. Following British Ice Skating’s accredited skating programme, your delivery will be key in ensuring skaters enjoy every moment on the ice and become our next generation of skaters. The right candidate will also play a key part delivering and developing progressive training programmes and routines for our skating club. Planning towards continuing and improving on their national and international success.
