BIS Membership Survey 2025: Share Your Thoughts

We’re inviting BIS members to complete our 2025 Membership Survey – an important chance for you to share your views on the services and support we offer. The survey will take a few minutes to complete, and your response will make a real difference to the planning and delivery of our work for our members. Last year's survey led to real change as we addressed suggestions and concerns you raised - so don't miss your chance to tell us your thoughts!

Plus you can choose to be entered into a prize draw with a chance to win a £250 Amazon voucher or other great prizes!

Only open to BIS Members. Parents/guardians are welcome to complete the survey on behalf of/in collaboration with their child.
