We held our Adult Development Camp this week, with the BIS Development Team delivering two days of intense on and off ice coaching sessions.
Experienced coaches Keith Hudson and David Hartley and leading off-ice specialist Kelly Buddery put the skaters through their paces over the two days, and were all smiles as the camp wound down with a choreographed performance piece. Congratulations to everyone who attended for the levels of dedication and energy you brought to the camp, we're so glad to hear that you enjoyed yourselves!
I liked how the coaches carefully considered the various backgrounds of skaters in the group (i.e. advanced/beginner and competitor/non-competitor) and tailored sessions to support their individual needs.
