After a landmark 2024–25 season, British pair skating duo Anastasia Vaipan-Law and Luke Digby return to the international stage this weekend as they take on their Grand Prix assignment at Skate Canada International in Saskatoon.
The reigning British Champions made history last season with the highest British pairs result at the European Championships in over 30 years finishing in 5th, before securing an Olympic quota spot for Team GB at the World Championships - a monumental achievement for British pair skating.
Building on that momentum, the pair now head into Skate Canada looking to further establish themselves among the world’s elite in this pivotal pre-Olympic season.

Skate Canada Event Schedule (UK Time):
Pairs Short Program Friday 31 October, 23:00 – 00:04 (UK time, overnight into Saturday)
Pairs Free Skating Saturday 1 November, 23:00 – 00:16 (UK time, overnight into Sunday)
Vaipan-Law and Digby continue to push the boundaries for British pair skating, combining technical strength with powerful artistry. Their performances this weekend are expected to showcase their trademark powerful elemtents and refined choreography as they aim to build on their strong start to the season.
Also attending Skate Canada is Claire Shepherd, who will be representing Great Britain on the judging panel – a further sign of British expertise being recognised at the highest level of international competition.
