We have received some messages from members asking whether a tick must be used on the Vice Chair voting forms.
We have checked again and the board has decided to instruct our independent scrutineers to accept a tick OR a cross as the clear member’s voting intention, so long as the voting paper is not marked in any other way or spoiled.
Photographs of ballot forms that are legible and clear will also be accepted. There are also apps available for smart phones that take a convert photos into a pdf that can then be attached to email.
