A 2-Day British Ice Skating Performance Camp presented by Disney On Ice
British Ice Skating is partnering up with Feld Entertainment to give our members an opportunity to participate in a Disney on Ice Performance Camp on 9th-10th May 2023!
The camp will be headed by Chantal Stringer, Associate Ice Casting Director and Production Coordinator, and Disney On Ice alumni skaters coaching in the UK, and supported by British Ice Skating staff.
Focus throughout the two days will be on presentation, performance, strong basics, show tricks, show choreography, acting and characterization, also preparation for audition.
Skaters wishing to attend should be a minimum of Skills 4 and 15 years of age.
Price: £150 for the 2 days

Day 1; Tues 9th May
8-8.30am; Meet & greet, check-in & waivers
8.30-10am; Welcome intro, warm-up, counting music
10-11am; On-ice edge class & Audition specific exercises
11am-12pm; Show Tricks
12-1pm; Lunch
1-3pm; On-ice blocking, choreography, acting & characterization
3.15-3.45pm; Presentation part 1; Includes what Disney On Ice casting looks for, what to expect & casting process
3.45-5pm; Lip sync & off-ice choreography
Day 2; Weds 10th May
8-9am; Capture photos in blacks
9-10am; Warm-up, acting & characterization
10-10.30am; On-ice edge class
10.30-11am; Show tricks
11am-12pm; Choreography
12-1pm; Lunch
1-2.15pm; Rehearsals for performance
2.30-3pm; Performance, ‘show’, & group photo
3.15-3.45pm; Presentation part 2; Resume & Audition video prep
3.45-4pm; Q & A
