BIS Server Issue 19/06/25: Service Update

British Ice Skating experienced a server issue in the morning of 19th June that temporarily limited access to the BIS website and associated functions, including emails and services related to tests.
We can confirm that this issue has now been resolved, though it may take a short while for all services to be back up and running as normal. We expect everything to have resumed full service by 1pm today (19/06/25).
We apologise for any inconvenience experienced - if you received an error or bounce back on anything you tried to submit or send to us during this time, please try again now.
Please note that it is an exceptionally busy time for the BIS team and emails may take longer than normal to reply to once received.
