Applications are now open for volunteers for the ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating taking place in Sheffield in November. All entries must be received by 5pm on Friday 26th August.
You will have to chance to be a part of one of the biggest figure skating events to take place in the UK for more than 10 years. We are looking for volunteers for a huge range of roles, so there really is something for everyone. Opportunities include everything from Announcers to Flower People, Timekeepers and even Media Support.
Volunteers will play a huge part in this event, even if you are able to offer half a day we are sure there will be a role for you. There are opportunities before 6th November, from 6th-10th as part of the crucial set up team, 10th-13th working during the competition and as part of the team that will bring the competition to a close on 14th November.
All volunteers will be provided with refreshments and a jumper/jacket, induction and training sessions will be held at iceSheffield (dates to be announced).
Please note that we are unable to reimburse travel or accommodation costs.
