BOARD DIRECTOR POSITIONS

Under Article 7 of the Ice Skate UK (Scotland) Ltd (Sk8scotland) Constitution, the Board of the Association shall be comprised of 7 elected directors, each of whom shall be responsible for a “portfolio” which reflects an aspect of the core business of the Association. The precise nature of these portfolios is at the discretion of the Board of Directors. The last elections took place in June 2004, and new elections will take place at an AGM to be held on 17th June 2007.
