Independant Coaching Complaints Panel and Process

The appeal panel for coaching complaints has now been chosen. All complaints in future will be handled through this panel. This has been set up to assess each complaint formally as it is important they are dealt with in a fair and equitable manner. All complaints are taken very seriously and we always endeavor to resolve every complaint as quickly and effectively as possible.
