Changes to the Generic Criteria

When publishing the 2009 NISA cup, the Generic Criteria have recently been amended to reflect the changes in communication 1504. This will not result in ANY new changes, as these rules are already being implemented in all Open Competitions, and is purely a paperwork change following Congress.
