NISA Selects Team To Represent GB In The ISU European Championships

NISA is very pleased to formally announce the Team that will represent GB at the ISU European Championships that will be held in Helsinki, Finland 19th-25th January 2009. The team will be as follows

Men : Elliot Hilton : Reserve Thomas Paulson
Ladies :Jenna McCorkell, 2nd lady and reserve to be confirmed after British Championship results and following the reissue of the selection criteria for this second place and reserves*.
Pairs: Stacey Kemp and David King, Erica Risseeuw and Robert Paxton : No reserve
Dance : John and Sinead Kerr, Mark Hanretty and Cristina Chitwood : Reserve Pippa Towler-Green and Philip Poole.

Congratulations to all the skaters and we wish you all the very best at the competition. The team will be the largest team we have sent to a European Championships for a great number of years and we have been able to secure an additional second place in the Ladies and Pairs sections following and building on the success of our skaters at last year's event.
