Get Skates On For Ice Show In Burghley Grounds

THIS summer the world-renowned Imperial Ice Stars will embark on a national tour of the UK's magnificent treasure houses with Sleeping Beauty On Ice.
The show brings together for the very first time four marks of excellence – the world's leading theatrical ice skating company, the glorious music of Tchai-kovsky, some of the finest stately homes in England and a tented ice palace.

The 23-strong cast of Olympic, world, European and national championship skaters will tell the classic love story of Sleeping Beauty through world class ice dancing, which includes breathtaking, high speed throws, aerial gymnastics, stilt skating and fire effects as the dancers glide through this much-loved story with grace and athleticism.

The tented ice palace has reserved seating – cushioned for comfort, bespoke chandeliers and carpets throughout – and will be air conditioned to the perfect temperature, regardless of the weather.

It includes a spacious, fully licensed ice bar and visitors can picnic in the grounds or in the tented ice palace before the performance.
