Talent ID & Internationals 2008/2009

We would like to clarify that despite discussions regarding opening
International competitions up to non-squad skaters at the recent Coaches
Consultation meeting, the NISA Board did not agree to this change in policy
at this time. The NISA Figure Skating Performance selection policy has not
changed. This means that to be selected to compete in International
competitions (with the exception of Club Internationals) a skater must
adhere to all of the following:

. Be a current NISA member

. Be a current Team Skate GB member

. Have the ability to fulfil the requirements as set out within ISU Regulations

. Have the ability to fulfil the minimum points score as detailed in the NISA Selection Policy

To re-iterate - any skater wishing to compete Internationally must be a Team
Skate GB member. If you would like to become a Team Skate GB member you
must submit pdf scoresheet evidence of achieving the elements required for
your age (Talent ID criteria) to the NISA Office.
