An assessment day is being held 5th June 2008 at NIC arena Nottingham

Level 1 workshops and assessments (modules 2 and 5)
Level 2 workshop and assessments (modules 3 and 5)

Please clearly stipulate which modules you would like to attend either just
workshops or assessments or both modules on the same day Please also note that you should have completed at least 50% of your mentoring hours before taking any assessment.
