PLACE OF COMPETITION: Volvo Ledus Halle,Jurmalas gatve 78 D,Riga,Latvia.

ENTRIES: All clubs, members of National Figure Skating Federations associated with I.S.U., are invited to take part in the competition. Entries must contain competitor’s full name, date of birth and requirement for accommodation. The number of competitors is not limited.

RESPONSABILITY: In accordance to ISU Constitution, rule 119, all participants act at their own responsibility.

MUSIC: Music will be reproduced from CD player. CDs must be labeled with names of competitors, club and category which they enter.
CDs must be delivered immediately after the team’s arrival to the organizer.

AWARDS: The first three best placed competitors in each event will be awarded by cups, special presents and diplomas; others by diplomas and presents.

CHARGES: 30 EUR is to be paid for each competitor at the registration before the competition.

JUDGES: Each participating Club may nominate one, at least National Judge. In case of too many nominated judges, the organizer will draw the panels of judges after the entries closing date and a written confirmation will immediately be sent to each Club.

All participants pay the accommodation themselves

HOTEL: The official hotel will be LARO hotel.
