Boyadji and Fancy Fly to Estonia for International Skating Competition

This week elite ice skating pair Christopher Boyadji and Amani Fancy will represent Great Britain at international figure skating competition; the Tallinn Trophy.

The event, which will take place from 18th to 22nd November, forms part of the annual ISU Challenger Series. Over 70 skaters from across the globe will descend on Tallinn to compete for international glory within Men, Ladies, Pairs and Ice Dance categories.

The Tallinn Trophy will be Boyadji and Fancy’s second international of the 2015/16 season and a chance to impress spectators with their fresh choreography. The pair will face some tough competition from the likes of Russia and the USA but they are excited to get back on the ice.

High Performance Manager, Robin Cousins said;

“Chris and Amani will be heading to Tallinn to build their season and look to achieve the World score for eligibility on their first day of competition. As they face tough competition from rivals I remain confident and would like to wish them the best of luck!”

After the Tallinn Trophy, Boyadji and Fancy will focus on the all-important British Championships in December.
