Job Description
• Process new and renewal membership applications
- individual members
- Accredited clubs
- Home Country Associations
• NISA Skate UK Merchandise
- Processing and dispatch of orders
- Maintenance and development of the shop area of the website in conjunction with Ice Media Productions
• NISA and IJS tests
- Process NISA test applications
- Processing IJS test applications
- Managing the NISA membership database
- Publishing the test success on the NISA website
• Skate UK and test and membership enquiries with specific responsibility for info@iceskating.org.uk enquiries.
• Answering general telephone enquiries
• Benchmarking Survey – Ice rinks
- Annual distribution and collation of the ‘benchmarking survey to all ice rinks across the UK
- Update
• Undertake any other duties as reasonably required
