The result of the EGM vote today [Saturday 18th May] was a 68.36 per cent in favour of the motion to approve the adoption of new articles. However, this outcome was below the 75 per cent vote required to elicit a change in the articles, which is required.
The NISA board will now urgently review this matter and report back to the membership.
